Swarovski Crystal and Czech Republic Crystal Nail File with Hand-Painted Red-Pink Flower by D & P Creations

Just one of our many hand painted crystal nail files:  Crystal Nail Files from The Czech Republic and Swarovski Austrian Crystals come together for this set of lovely crystal glass nail files from D & P Creations. After applying the Swarovski crystal, the red-pink flower was hand painted by D & P Creations.
